WeBuilder 9.5.2.106
Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP2
When in Tile Mode and moving or resizing a file window, you can't see the outline. This makes it difficult to place it precisely into a corner of the workspace. It's Hit-and-Miss.

Re: Bug: Window Outline Not Visible
I can see the outline. I guess you have turned off "window repaint on move", so the grey drag border matches the workspace. Workaround for you could be to turn on "show window contents while dragging" in Windows settings. All modern PCs can handle this without a problem and I believe we should not invest development time in this.

Re: Bug: Window Outline Not Visible
You were right. It was the optimization program I ran the other day that turned it off, Cacheman 7. The file windows work fine now. The "File Explorer" window when floating, however, is unaffected and still does not show the border - it's a very minor issue, not one I care about really. Just wanted to report it nonetheless.

For anyone wondering how to change that setting:
Q: How do I set windows so that when I drag a window around within the application frame I still see the entire window instead of just a blank outline of the window?
SOLUTION:
Right Click Desktop (or Control Panel > Display) > Appearance > Effects > "Show window contents while dragging"

Thank you for reporting it, though. Although we are not taking any action regarding this, it is good to have this topic and the solution.
