Uninstalling the old webuilder 2008 opened a *lot* of browser windows
the new version 2010 has only one saved layout named "default", no full and minimal as former version

Only one URL is launched upon uninstall. If multiple windows are open it is due to browser bug or your specific configuration.
Indeed there seems to be a glitch with layouts, we shall correct this soon.

there are still glitches and problems with build 112
1) To install you have to be admin- ok
2) Using webuilder as nonadmin requires you to reenter the key
and
3) there is no single layout, when you are a nonadmin

When posting problems and bugs, could you please ensure the subject briefly explains the issue. "Problem with Webuilder" gives no indication whatsoever to what the problem or issue is. Its like getting emails that simply say "Please read". The subject line can be 65 characters, so please try and use 'em all!

Almost all of them (except for the activation key) are old ones from 2008, so although they are still valid, they are not specific to the new release. The issue lies in the fact that layouts and settings are loaded and maintined for the user who installed the product, currently support for "all users" profile is poor, I admit and we will try to look into this.
