Still can't get registration key for version 2010

I just purchased it in August so I should be eligible for the free upgrade. You ARE in the database with the new key. When you execute the procedure, you will get TWO emails with both the new AND old version info. Make sure neither of them is caught by your anti-spam solutions.

I'm still not getting the key for 2010. I thought maybe the upgrade system wasn't fully tweaked yet, so I waited a couple of weeks and tried again today after receiving the reminder email about the 2010 version upgrade being available. When I do the lost key replacement process, I only get one email titled "Your Rapid PHP 2008 full version info" but no second email with the 2010 key. Nothing in my junk mail folder either and I have blumentals.net whitelisted to ensure that all email from you is never treated as spam.

Your Rapid PHP 2010 registration info was sent to striezel[at]mail.com several times. Please make sure that you have completely deleted/disabled/uninstalled any spam protection on your e-mail, because it is the cause of your problem. The e-mails are sent and they do arrive, I have retested this a number of times.

We have had numerous cases where due to crappy spam management (I am not afraid of this expression) our emails with 2010 version keys were caught as spam. In particular, we had problems with Gmail yes, the mighty Google Mail messed up and put the perfectly well-formatted/valid and legitimate e-mails with the key in the spam folder. Somehow they do not like e-mails with registration keys and download links.

I finally got the 2010 key and discovered the problem. The mail service I use has apparently been bought out by/merged with AOL (ugh). It's a total mess, no advance notice of the change, in fact still no notice about AOL just an email saying the service is "upgraded", login attempts result in a nearly endless loop of redirects and errors, etc. When I finally got into the "new and improved" site which is now on webmail.aol.com, I found 17 mails that had arrived in the past couple of weeks but never showed up in my mailbox previously, including the 2010 key from blumentals.net. I assume that the 2008 "lost key" email and the 2010 new key email are sent within seconds of each other automatically, so it's really bizarre that all 3 times the 2010 emails went to the new heretofore-invisible server and the 2008 emails went to the old server. Anyway, sorry for the confusion!

Hm. Very weird. I did not know this is even possible that some messages go into one account and others to another, what is mor einteresting is that they were not split in random, but the 2010 got caught there. You are not the only one with this problem, though in other cases 2010 messages got caught in spam folder instead of another account.
