Auto updated Screensavers - pictures cached?

When I distribute an auto updated screensaver, will the updated pictures be cached on each computer (hard disc or RAM ? ) or will the pictures be reloaded over the internet every time the screensaver starts?

It's a question about bandwith

Pictures are stored locally (cached). Once loaded they will no more be downloaded.
