  • Check the Support section of the corresponding product first. Chances are you will find your answer there;
  • Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
  • Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
  • Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;
  • Include the version number of the software you are using;

Web site verbage (not a software bug)

Post by russellweed »

Diverging from my trend of reporting software bugs a bit. ;)

On the website I was reading the FAQ about going from the trial 2010 version to the registered one, and I ran across this text:

http://www.blumentals.net/support/faq.php?qid=install
Important: You can not use trial version files downloaded from this web site to enable the full version of the product.
But I was able to do exactly that. I used the Help->Activate menu to enter my registration code w/o reinstalling.

Unless I wasn't supposed to do that for some reason...

We are in transition period to move all our products to reg keys. Code editors have been already moved, while most other products have not. Thus the statement is still true for most products.

Just to be sure I understand this right...

I have RapidPHP 2010 v10.1.0.119, registered, and there is a newer version available. I can now download and install the trial version and I'm good to go?

Hi,

Yes, you can download the trial version, and then turn it into full version by applying your license key. If you have registered the trial version already, simply install over it.
More info can be found here:

Kind regards,
