How do I change text on a frame that I created? I've clicked on the "A" but it wants to add new text. I just want to change the text in the frame!!!

I am afraid it is not possible to change a Text that has been placed on a frame already.
Everything you do on your frame, becomes merged into the picture. Just like in MS Paint.
