I tried to sync my WB Library with Dropbox.
I installed the Tool "Link Shell Extension" and tried to create a hardlink as shown here:

I moved the file library.xml to my dropbox and created a hardlink back in the destination folder "settings" in "documents & settings". Unfortunately it seems that WB always overwrites the library.xml-file on close, so my hardlink will gonna be deleted and a new file called library.xml gets created.
Can anyone help on this matter?

File is not deleted but overwritten, yes. It is how this is implemented and how most apps store such settings.
