nubee question

Post by eightbits »

Hello, I am evaluating the trial version. So far, it looks like this can work for me. I did not see a user manual and
I think someone replied there is not one(?). There is of course the help file.

As I am just starting to use the application, is there any sort of WYSIWYG editing? I was hoping for something to allow
drag and drop for the images and graphics.

I was using MS Expression Web3 , but after the update to SP1 for the app, it really messed up my PC.
I had to reformat and reinstall XP-PRO SP3.

Is there a uninstall for the program?
I have had a few uninstalls that don't always work.

Thanks for any suggestions or advice and I look forward to be able to use this software for CSS web design.

Hi,

There is no manual, as it's download only software.
You get the help file, the forums, Knowledge Base and FAQs

None of the products are WYSIWYG, they are text editors, they do have tools to help you insert various items from the Insert menu.
You can preview your page as you edit it using the Preview/Horizontal Split/Vertical Split tabs at the bottom of the edit window.

As for uninstall, you should find it in Add or Remove programs in control panel.

Cheers,
Mike
