How can I make the animation faster?

Im new here.and I hope someone can help me.
When I rezize the gif on 176x139px,and than send it on my mobilephone,the animation is very slow. How can I make the animaton faster?

Have to say I don't know anything about Easy GIF Animator Support, but does the animation play faster on your PC?
If so, and it's slower on your phone, then it sound like your phone cant play it fast enough.

Guess you could make it even faster on the PC and see if it's any faster then on your phone.
