Toolbar layout not being remembered

Post by davenz »

Hi team.

Loving the latest version of WB (10.1.0.119), though there is one niggle I though I would mention. It certainly isn't a show-stopper so don't get me wrong, I can easily live with it. I mention it only so that given time, the devs can perhaps tweak it, making the editor perfect.

I admit to having the HTML toolbar in an odd place (see image 1), however, this is where I like it and would like it to remain.

However, on restarting WB, the toolbar has shifted to a kind of default position, on the other side of the dialogues. (See image 2.)

This happens every time I restart and though I save the layout under a few different names, it always does it. As I said, not a bug as such and certainly something I can live with, I just thought it prudent to mention it.

This is a limitation of a third party toolbar layout control. I will try to take a look, but last time I checked I think it was a tough task, so I decided not to pursue this.
