Save Backup Copy

Post by SkinCube »

It would be nice when saving to remote server via FTP to be able to auto-save a local backup copy too, right before the FTP.

You can actually keep a local website source files and upload a copy to FTP.

1) Save your file locally
2) Use File -> Publish to FTP which saves the local file and uploads a copy to FTP

Save Backup Copy

Post by ScotDiddle »

Same Idea, but to live file... I would like to see a "Save as Copy" feature, which allows save of the current member, but with a different name, keeping you in the current edit session, with the original name intact. Scot L. Diddle.

ScotDiddle, thank you for your message. However, I'm afraid that currently we do not plan to add such feature, as it is not very requested and the File menu is already too full with commands.
