can't save file

Post by davife »

I am having problems saving js files in Rapid PHP. I can save PHP and CSS files but if I edit or create a new js file I get the following message when I try to save it.

"The file can not be saved with the specified name". Ensure that file *.js is not readonly or specify different file name"

If I edit the same file in Notepad I can save it without a problem, so I'm not sure why Rapid PHP can't. I'm curious about the fact that no matter what I name the file the OS seems to think that Rapid PHP is trying save '*.js'.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks,
David

Hi,

It seems, I can not reproduce this problem, and nobody else has claimed similar problems lately. Otherwise, it would have been reported for sure.
I can remember that some time ago there was a similar problem, but I can not find it in forums here.

Unless you can give exact steps of how to reproduce this, it seems, we will not be able to assist here.

Kind regards,
Gatis
