Link Maintenance

A neat feature to implement would be a "link maintainer"; e.g.,
you have a page with one or more links to other pages. You move either the given page or one of the target pages to a different folder.

It would be great if WeBuilder:
(a) alerted ]you that there are links that will need to be updated, and
(b) gives you the option to update the link references.
