Shareware Screensaver Registration Code Recovery

Is there any way to recover a common or unique registration key from a created screensaver that you no longer have the Screensaver Factory file for. I created several shareware disks with a copy of a screensaver that I accidentally delete the file from while cleaning up a drive, or are these permanently locked?
