If you don't see a window in the menu bar I would say there's no window to see.
Nevertheless I think it is a windows "problem". Windows remembers the latest window position and size to display it the same way when opening it again. So try searching for "reset window positions" or something if this doesn't help: http://www.sevenforums.com/customizatio ... ition.html

Does it appear in the Windows task bar?

One thing you can try.
After you start WeBuilder and it's not there, don't click on anything else.
Press Alt+Space and you might get a little menu appear with things like restore, minimize, maximize etc.
Try selecting Maximize and see if it brings it back into view, or Restore might work.

@mikey,
thanks maximize was the key!!

Edit: strange, wb cant remember last window position. starts over again with no window or menubar.
may be a developer knows what to do? alt+space is a workaround. wb stores it in a file but wich one?

I was sure this problem was discussed some time ago.
Karlis said the following:
we have protection built in if the window is further than screen width or height it should be put back where it is visible. Do things change if you swap monitor positions?
Seems there is something strange going on. Besides, WeBuilder does remember its position when closing it.
For some reason, it seems it reads out the wrong values. Maybe it still thinks the second monitor is connected. Try changing changing some options under Display Properties to see if that helps.
Kind regards,
