I can delete an ald FTP site but when I restart the aplication the deleted FTP site is in the list again

I had the same problem whith version 2008 I update to 2010 and I have the same problem

Hi,
The problem can happen only if the program fails to write settings to Windows Registry.
1) Does the Rapid PHP closes gracefully when you close it?
2) Are you able to modify and save other settings (once you reopen the program, are they still in the same state you changed them to)?
3) What is the OS you are using? If it is Windows Vista, try to right-click on Rapid PHP and then choose "Run As Administrator" - this might help...

Well then this is some bug with Winne or whatever virtualization technology you use to run Windows software on Linux. Unfortunately there is not much we can do. This problem never happens on Windows systems.

FTP will be hard to setup, but definitely you can use rsync and do not use Projects FTP feature. Currently this is my best recommendation:
RapidPHP under VirtualBox or Wine, git and rsync using Ubuntu

I hated all the crashes, instability of Windows - so I found a solution. Now I can work, backup, use Linux Apache server, GIT and all the nice stuff of Linux and RapidPHP together easily.
And BTW: Virtualbox has a seamless mode, presented on the picture there
