I have webuilder 9.52. I want to be able to search for a particular word in a line such as "cat". This word shows up in thousands of lines in a file that has tens of thousands of lines. I want to be able to search for the word and then replace(delete) the entire line, not just the word. I've tried to figure this out to no avail maybe not smart enough to understand how to use the expressions correctly but also could find nothing on the forum or help files.
Is this possible and if so how would I build the query?
search and replace with webuilder

- Do not create new topics for already reported problems. Add your comments to the existing topics instead;
- Create separate topic for each problem request. Do NOT post a number of non-related problem reports in a single topic;
- Give your topic a meaningful title. Titles such as "A question," "Bug report" and "Help!" provide others no clue what your message is about;

Re: search and replace with webuilder
Hi!
Sorry, but I was not able to create a regular expression that would do what you need.
Maybe somebody in forums here has more knowledge with regular expressions and will be able to assist..

Thanks for trying. Or maybe someone can steer me in the direction of a product that will function in this way.
