Image zooming

I want to use three images in an animated gif with each one zooming in turn in a repeating cycle but I can't get it to happen. How do I achieve this?

1) Add all 3 images as animation frames
2) Select 1st image. Press Tools > Create Image Effect
3) Select Zoom effect and press OK. You may adjust effect speed and smoothness, too.
4) Select 2nd image, repeat the same steps as for 1st image. Do the same for 3rd image.

That's it.

What do you mean exactly? Which step doesn't work for you?
