If you scroll up/down past the code and back to it again it corrects.

Edit: also if I minimise window to taskbar and bring the window back up it corrects also.

I hope you can fix the syntax colour issue. I've used 2010 a lot over the last year and don't recall it happening and switching back to 2010 and opening same files I can't reproduce the problem. In current beta it happens nearly all the time.
