What does it mean ANSI files can now be auto-detected as UTF-8 without BOM?
Can I store several files with one click SAve All to FTP and define encoding?
Old version does nto support Save All to FTP

Save All works as well with local files as with FTP files.
Project -> Publish All... works with project files.
The ANSI files can be automatically set to be treated/detected as UTF-8 without BOM files to avoid situation when intended UTF-8 without BOM file is detected as ANSI (it happens when utf-8 file has no utf-8 characters).
