I found a workaround:
Install webuilder on another pc and copy the settings, esp. the editor.pop
it seems to work, will see

Clever, though it's weird that makes a difference.

Installing in on the German version must introduce something that breaks WeBuilder.

Still, you got it going and that's the important thing, as well as providing clues to help the devs figure out what could be going on.

I think it might be possible because sometimes weird thing make changes !
