Hi,
It would be nice to have access to multiple FTP servers at the same time. Like Homesite did it, with the Macromedia FTP/RDS. You can open FTP servers by just a + icon
I work with big sites, that have content like css and js on different servers.
Keep up the good work!

Re: Multiple FTP
When I work on PHP projects I usually have files open from various ftp servers in Webuilder, so if I understood the issue correctly, you can do this already. Enable file explorer (View > File Explorer) and add as may FTP servers as you wish in the FTP tab.

Re: Multiple FTP
Aivars, sorry to butt into this thread after so long after, but I am just wondering how you accomplish having more than one FTP server connected within WeBuilder.
How I usually connect is I have the file explorer open and select the FTP tab. I have a dozen servers listed for various sites. I double-click on one to connect it, or connect it via highlighting it and clicking the connect icon, but as soon as the first site connects, the other FTP server entries disappear as the remote folders display. Until I disconnect that server, I cannot even get to the other FTP server entries in order to connect them, so I'm just wondering how you manage to do it. Are you able to give me an idea of how you do it, or have I (as usual) gotten the wrong end of the stick here?
Thanks and kind regards

Re: Multiple FTP
Ah, well, as far as I know you can't browse several FTP servers simultaneously with WeBuilder. But you can open files from multiple servers, edit them, save them and they will be saved to the server you opened them from.

Re: Multiple FTP
Thanks for that, as usual I made a complete pigs ear of understanding your post. Indeed, editing many open files and saving each one back to the server is a good idea.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Re: Multiple FTP
I think it would be great if multiple FTP-Sites would be somehow supported!
I often work with multiple Servers for one Project, e.g. a Develop-, Stage- and Live-Server.
It would be very cool, if i could define those FTP-Servers, mainly for Stage and Live (as Develop is mainly on localhost), and that i could choose where to publish my files.
For the rightclick menu i think a cascaded "Upload to FTP"-Menu would be perfect, so if you upload single files, you could choose where to upload them.
