Hi,
I'm using the publish project feature but when setting it up for every project I have, Webuilder wants to overwrite all the remote files on the server so it will know they are "updated" on both machines (even if they are the same).
There are some files I don't want to overwrite until I make a change and when using more then one machine I have to overwrite the files from each machine!
How do I upload just the ones I have updated and not the whole project and let Webuilder remember it ?

If you highlight the filenames and then right click there is an option to mark selected as published.
