Icon button for Convert Special Chars

The feature of WB converting special characters to entities, without having to use Tidy that does a whole lot more, is a great feature! In many languages that should be an often used feature, because special characters make up an essential part of many languages, and there is only one reliable way of having them rendered correctly: by means of converting them to entities.

Thus, it would frequently get its own button on the toolbar. But it doesn't have an icon button, only a text button that takes up a lot of space. Therefore, the request to give it its own icon button.
