Can't type diacritics like ț or ș

Merry Christmas!

I have a problem with the latest version of WeBuilder on Windows 7, I can't type diacritics like ț or ș. It just display an ? sign.
Any solutions?

Use UTF-8 encoding to save your files.

But I'm using UTF-8.
The problem is that I can't type diacritics, works well if I copy/paste them.

What are your Windows regional and keyboard settings and are you using some keyboard driver that's not coming with Windows?

And what font are you using in Webuilder?

Everything works well on other editors like Notepad++ so shouldn't be a keyboard related issue. Have you seen the video?
I'm using Consolas but I've tried Courier and others, nothing changed.

The video doesn't play for me. I'm asking about keyboard regional settings etc to try to reproduce the problem on my computer.
