Is it possible to save the custom setup HTMLPad : menus and colors codes?
If yes, how ?

I'm not sure if this is what you need but try Options -> Preferences -> Text Editor -> Colors.

I did that. And now I would like to save this setting to find them after formatting my pc.

Oh, in that case you need to use Options -> Export Settings.
