Dear Sirs and Madam,
I am using drop box to synchronize project files between several PCs. (rapidPHP)
Is it possible to add a "file location" for the library section (snippets) where I put in my own snippets? So it would be possible to move the own snippets to dropbox, or to a network drive, where other developers could get access and use it, as they would have added the snippets by themselves?

No, you cannot do that. Snippets are kept in a special folder which cannot be modified by the user.
