Not all of the commands that are available in the menus are available as items when you want to customise the toolbars.
Example; we wanted to add File Close to the main toolbar.
We can't as this is not available in the Toolbar / Customise list of commands.
Not sure why a few items like this have not been provided as available icons.
Would be great to have every single option that is in a menu, available as an icon to add into the toolbars.

Actually the file Close command is available.
1) Right click any toolbar and select Customize from the popup menu. A dialog will appear.
2) Select Commands tab.
3) Select Window from the categories list.
4) You will see Close, Close All, Close Other commands on the right.
5) Drag and drop a command of your choice to a location in the toolbar.

Re: Extra Buttons in Toolbar Customise
Nikolajs,
I eventually found Window / Close - I was looking under File / Close as that's where the menu option is !
Would be nice to have an icon with it as well though...
I know that we can just use Ctrl / W as well, but isn't this all about user choice and consistency ?
Every menu option should have an icon, so that every toolbar option can then also have an icon - so we can customise the interface how we want it.
There are many other menu and toolbar options that do not have icons, so we cannot choose how to display our toolbars.
I did put a post back a while ago, that it would be nice to have a close icon on each file tab, like almost every other tabbed interface.
I appreciate that this should be an option though, as maybe some people wouldn't want this.
Every web browser has them, so it does seem like they are a preferred option.
