how to make Preview render like IE and Firefox

Post by zippity »

I find the 'split screen' preview to be very handy and would like to know how to make it render pages as the IE & Firefox browsers do..

I've been using the IE preview for a while now as the Firefox is completely broken, however for some reason today after a reboot even the IE preview has ceased to work properly..

I am using Webuilder 11.3.0.132 on a Windows 7 Ultimate PC (32 bit). The pages I am working on are html only.. no php scripting.

The page renders correctly on the local machine if opened in either browser, but is completely destroyed in the Webuilder preview screens.. Without a screen shot I guess that's a vague comment, but imagine opening a modern html page in IE 5 and you'll get the idea..

..any advice gratefully accepted :)
