FPT - site explorer available?

Post by Webberix »

Hi,

I'm new to Rapid PHP 2011. Until now, I used Dreamweaver, and because of that, I'd like to have something like a "FTP site explorer" (with list of folders and files in currently open project while programming) on a side, to see all the files on the FTP to have easy access to open them. (something like this on side http://forums.digitalpoint.com/attachme ... 1167014877 )

Can I have something like that in Rapid PHP 2011? Otherwise it would take me too long to open every file on FTP.

Thanks a lot.

I have solved the problem. Now I need something else - when I save a file, I'd like to automaticly upload it to FPT, is it possible? Now I have to go to "Project" then "Save and upload file to FTP" and then confirm it. I'd like just to press "ctrl+s". Can I?

Thank you again :)

Glad you found the FTP File Explorer.

If you open the file directly from FTP then it will be saved to the FTP on Ctrl+S.

If you're editing the file(s) locally then use Publish Project feature instead.
