Preview your web page on multiple browsers = how do you do this?
Emulate preview on multiple devices = how do you do this?
Have preview constantly open on your second monitor = and as I have 3 monitors how do you do this?

Tools -> Preview In -> ....

Tools -> Full Screen Preview. In the combobox that says "Fit to Window" you can select iPhone, iPad and different resolutions.

Tools -> Full Screen Preview. Drag the preview to any other monitor. You can assign shortcut key (Options -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Refresh Internal Preview) for refreshing the preview (I'm using F5) which allows you writing code and pressing F5 to see the changes without reaching for mouse.
