I can't find any documentation on using this feature.
I've found the insert / meta viewport option, but can't see how to preview in alternative emulated devices, as shown under 'Improved Preview' in the WeBuilder 'What's new' page at http://www.webuilderapp.com/whatsnew.php

Try: Tools -> Full Screen Preview. You can switch resolutions from there.
