CSS style block. Just disable it like the others. It's very annoying to have my code moving up and down on the screen.

agreed. nifty that it's smart enough to know when you're in a css block but in practice (if you're using in-doc css) the code jumping is troubling.

Absolutely - just disable the buttons that are not appropriate.

Why don't you go to Options -> Language Preferences -> CSS and disable CSS toolbar auto display yourself? :D

Now I agree, this is a bit frustrating and the option is not very easy to find. The idea of auto CSS toolbar was intended for new users to see that there is such feature...

I just had to turn it on via right-click, after turning the auto functionality off, if I wanted to use anything on it.

Easy enough. It was making me ugly.
