I sent this question to support as I need to know before I buy... but it says it takes 2-3 days to get a response..
I am sure many of you who have the WeBuilder can easily answer this questions.
Does the personal $49.95 Webuilder include the full HTMLPAD, RAPid CSS and Rapid PHP?
or is each one a stripped down version.

As can be seen here http://www.webuilderapp.com/editions.php WeBuilder contains all the functions of the other editors, and a few more besides.
The only difference between the personal, professional & team options when buying are the licence terms.

Yes, WeBuilder covers all features, you are correct.
Personal, Pro and Team licenses differ by terms and by the number of devices you can install software on.
