gives
<p>text</p>
?

There's a different way WeBuilder closes tags - you type <p>, it becomes <p>|</p> (| being cursor) and you type "text" there. It's on by default and you can enable it via menu Options -> Preferences -> Language Options -> HTML, Auto Complete HTML Tags.

I'm aware of that, and it often bugs me as I often want the closing tag after some pre-entered text.
