[bug] scrollbar on vertical tales

Hi!


When using tile vertically, the scrollbar is not sized properly and doesn't work.
Need to use mouse-scroll.

v.2015 win8.1 x64

I can't reproduce this issue. How many document windows are you using? Can you send me a screenshot?
