WeBuilder Remove Newlines

Hi

I wanted to find out is there a way to remove all newlines/extra spaces.

My whole script files .php, .xml etc, have some how got newlines below each code line.
example
$config['blacklisted_ips'] = array();



$config['whitelisted_ips'] = array('111','222','333');



$config['blacklisted_countries'] = array();

There are too many files to remove them manually.

Could this have happened by uploading the files in the wrong way?

Some misconfigured FTP servers do this. Try removing "PHP" from "FTP Options" -> "Transfer Mode" list if you have it there, or adding, if you don't.

Where would i find this on the server.

In filezilla Edit - Settings - Transfers - File Types - Automatic file type classification - Treat the following as ASCII.
I removed php from that list.

Think it could be my pc. I open some files last night they were all formatted ok, today i opened the same php files and they now have empty lines between each line of code.

Its a pain to grow through each file removing all the empty line.

In WeBuilder FTP settings can be found in FTP pane (menu View -> File Explorer -> FTP), look for the button in the toolbar.
