Move program screen to top on file open

Hello,

When I've already opened any file in Rapid PHP and then have opened folder for example and want open another file, it opens in rapid PHP but screen doesn't pop on top (doesnt automatically open)
just blicks in taskbar Rapid PHP icon. All other programs which I use work properly with this.

I just did a quick test and it doesn't seem to be the case - Rapid PHP opens the files on top as it should. Windows 10, RapidPHP 2015, opening files from Windows Explorer.

But try to have Rapid PHP opened , not minimalizes but not on the top , then open something from Windows explorer and it doesnt pop to the top

I can confirm that the same thing happens in WeBuilder.

- If WeBuilder is MINIMIZED and you click on a PHP file in a folder, WeBuilder window will be maximized and brought to front.
- If WeBuilder is MAXIMIZED and you click on a PHP file in a folder, WeBuilder window will NOT be brought to front. Instead the taskbar icon just starts flashing.

Tested using WeBuilder 14.0.0.184 and Windows 10

You're right, now it flashes. It used to jump on top of the other windows before. I'll add this to the confirmed issues.
