Excuse me, but i forced to say that there something wrong with Emmet-plugin.
When i start Rapid PHP, this plugin works (shortcuts, like "Ctrl + Shift + E", etc.).
But after some work with HTML/CSS files, these hotkeys are refuse to response.
And hotkey's names like "Ctrl + Shift + E" (etc) added in main menu "Plugins > Emmet > ..." are disappeared.

A small revision to my post:
if to assign abbreviation for any command of Emmet over menu: "Options > Keyboard shortcuts... "),
so after restarting Rapid PHP 2016, abbreviation still remain in main menu and still working.
