Relative Path Setting
The right click context menu item for "Open Linked File" appears to be relative to the path of the opened file and cannot find the file under the cursor. Typically, javascript links like src='/some_path/some_file' are relative to the web root and not the opened file location. Can you set a preference to allow "Open Linked File" to search relative to the project root?

I am agree with Fradford because I have the same problem.
If you can detect the begining of the path file under the right click. If begin by "/" open file location : Project root + path file.
