Hello,
I am running Rapid PHP 2015 on Windows 10 ( recovered after crash) and the application starts normally at the first time after Windows startup.
If I close Rapid PHP it does not start anymore until I restart Windows. Is this a known issue ?
I could not also use the preview feature, although I have configured the PHP folder and the webserver document root.
Thank you very much.

No, it's not a known issue and it should not happen. Try reinstalling Rapid PHP, I'd even recommend to use uninstall and remove the settings for cleaner reinstall.
Regarding preview - make sure you have everything correctly configured in Preferences -> Preview -> Mappings, e.g. c:\webserver\document\root\ -> http://localhost/, and that the checkbox (Use folder mappings) is checked.
