Bad CSS Resource?

The CSS Resource Rapid CSS uses is wrong, as it contains invalid (X)HTML, e.g. Linking Stylesheets to HTML:

<LINK REL=StyleSheet HREF="style.css" TYPE="text/css" MEDIA=screen>
Correct XHTML tags are all Lowercase rel, href and type have to be lowercase as well, for passing the validator..

Furtheron thee authores use the blockquote tag for nearly all there examples, but this should be reserved to mark quotes, not for applying styles to different tags.. you should use divs for that.

I'm sure this code was not generated by Rapid CSS.

So this must be something else.

Yes.. I'm sure too ;-) This is example text from the css resource shipped with RapidCSS.. maybe you can get a update from them ;-)

This is similar to this recent post about help files:

Karlis - would it be possible to start a Wiki for the help files, which could then be 'exported' into a .chm file for the next version / updates, etc? A wiki could be updated by many people, and it would be completed sooner.

I am not sure whether anybody would be interested to help with writing documentation. That is not easy, it requires some specific skills and it is totaly boring :?

If there were some volunteers, probably we could launch a "better help file" project, however this would not be an easy task as creating good documentation requires some decent amount of work to be done.

Another option would be to fix/edit the exiting CSS reference. In that case we would need some CSS experts to go through the files and generate a list of changes to be done.

Anyway I completely understand the concern and as soon as time permits, we'll try to figure out something.
