Completed screensavers stopping after 10 to 15 minutes

I have had no problems with creating screensavers with the software, but each screensaver that I create and install will only run for approximately 10 to 15 minutes and then stops changing images. The screensaver isn't frozen since I'm able to move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard and the image on the screen closes. I've created screensavers on both of my HP laptops, one running 8.1 64-bit and the other running 10 w/creators update 64-bit, and got the same results.

I'd appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

Could you please send one of your screensavers as link or zipped to https://www.blumentals.net/scrfactory/s ... ontact.php for testing? If I understand correctly, it's a single monitor setup? Also it could help us to know if the screensaver stops exactly after X minutes or it varies (if it's exactly the same time, it could be some 3rd party software doing something when the computer is inactive that interferes with the screensaver).

We are working on it, we managed to reproduce the problem under some conditions, we are narrowing down what might be causing it. Thank you!
