There were two things I was hoping to change with Rapid PHP 2016. When you are using the FTP tab, you get the file explorer with two windows. The top window is the directory tree and the second is the more traditional file explorer. Is there a way to permanently disable the directory tree instead of having to hide it each time you load the software?
The other thing I as hoping to change was eliminating the popup window that comes up each time you safe a file using FTP. In older versions that window did not appear.
Thanks in advance.

There's no way to permanently hide the directory tree.
Go to File Explorer -> FTP tab, click the gear icon, in the General tab look for option Display overwrite prompt.
