Preview site using SSI

Post by StretchyBill »

I am developing a site that uses SSI. When I open the main SHTML page in HTMLPad 2005, I do not see the includes in the preview. Apache is running on my development machine, SSI is enabled, and the pages look fine in it. The HTMLPad project is pointed at the Apache htdocs directory.

How do I get my webpage to correctly preview from within HTMLPad?

Thanks.

Okay, never mind. I found the solution. I needed to set up the Preview Preferences correctly.

FYI, I have been using an eval copy of HTMLPad for about 10 hours now and I really like it. I will continue my evaluation but so far looks like a great product.
