Remove End Of Line Whitespace

Any quick way to remove end of line whitespace throughout a document please?

Menu Options -> Preferences -> Text Editor, make sure Remove trailing spaces and tabs is checked. If you have it checked then you simply won't get into a situation where you have end of line whitespace. If you however do have files that have this problem, you can open the file, select all, cut, paste, save. That will get rid of the whitespaces quickly.
