Error when dismissing screensaver

I am getting an error when dismissing the screensaver. I am using a touchscreen and the error pops up when I dismiss the screensaver by touching the screen...but it only happens sometimes.
Error message is:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I suspect it is related to the versions of VC++. Question is, which version is the correct one?

Any version should work. Is that Windows 7?
