I am using WeBuilder v 16.0.0.225 on windows 10
After deaktivating plugins i have empty Plugin menu items.
How can I repare this.

1) Rightclick and select "Customize Context Menu"
2) Click the menu item "Plugins"
3) Select menu item to remove and drag it OFF the "Plugins" drop down menu.
