The F2 preview does not work.
I also tried re-assigning the preview key to Ctrl+F2 but that doesn't work either so I set it back to just F2 which still fails to work.
Even stranger;
With a .html file nothing happens
With a .css file it opens a new tab with prev0~.htm file
With a .js file it opens the file in notepad

You say [F2] doesn't work. Do you get the same error if you click 'Tools' and then select 'Preview' ?

For me, yes, exactly the same, F2 doesn't work, Tools/Preview doesn't work.
The preview tab on the bottom of the editor page does work though, as does F9 (I have assigned to open Chrome)

Does it consistently not work? ie, if you restart/reboot, etc. Is this with a fresh new document?
With the number of users using this software, this isn't a 'its not working at all' but 'its not working for you', so its trying to identify what is unusual on your system...
