Using WeBuilder 2022, v 17.2.0.243 on Windows 7/64 - very new to this software.
Is there a way to highlight a book title already in my text and have it surrounded by <cite></cite> by clicking a button on the tool bars - like I can for elements like <strong></strong> or <em></em>? I cannot find such a button in the customizing menus.
Thanks!

<cite> element on tool bar?
In most bars, I never know when it’s time to leave but I always know when I should have left a long time ago.

Use Library (menu View -> Library). The list of default snippets contains HTML -> Logical Markup -> Citation. Select your text and then double click Citation.
You can also assign a shortcut key to this snippet if you use it a lot.
